
The sites in our park are large and well spaced out to accommodate the largest of RVs. Every RV lot is fully serviced with power, water and sewer.Firepit and Picnic Table at each site.

Maximum RV and Trailer Length: 40 ft. Sorry, no tents or tent trailers.
Rates
Daily: $42.00 plus GST Weekly: $265.00 plus GST
RESERVATION RULES
- Reservations can be made after April 15
- Reservations are subject to availability
- At the time of booking your reservation a 25% deposit is required (non-refundable)

If the reservation is cancelled 4 or more days before to your arrival date, a cancellation fee of $12.00 will be withheld and the remainder of the 25% deposit will be refunded.If the reservation is cancelled 3 or less days prior to arrival, no portion of the 25% deposit is refunded.
- If no cancellation has been made three (3) days prior to your arrival, we will assume you are still coming
- There are no refunds given for early departures or evictions.
- Only the person whose name appears on the reservation can change or cancel a reservation.
**For all other weekends, a minimum of two (2) night reservation is required.

RV Park Guidelines
Read our guidelines and help make your stay more pleasant for everyone.
- Summerland Leisure Park, its agents, employees and or representatives does not accept responsibility for personal injury or loss of personal property of its guests. Please ensure all your valuables are in a safe place before retiring or when leaving your RV unit unattended. All facilities are used at your own risk.
- Please drive cautiously and obey the speed limit of 15 km/hr.
- Please watch for children playing.
- Check-in time is 2:00 pm
- Check out time is 12:00 noon.
- Please register and pay for your campsite prior to set-up.
- Quiet hours are in effect from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. Loud, abusive, or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated at any time and is cause for immediate eviction and possible banning from the RV Park, without refund.
- Camping permit holders are responsible for the actions of ALL members of their camping party as well as any visitors to their site.
- In accordance with the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Act, consumption of alcohol is restricted to registered campsites. Liquor (personal) is prohibited on the road, parking lot, driving range and mini golf course.
- One RV unit and one vehicle are permitted per campsite and must be contained to your own campsite. (RV units include motorhomes, 5th wheels and pull trailers). Tents, tent trailers and pop-ups are NOT permitted.
- Boats must be contained to your own campsite. Limit of one.-NO Parking on Roadways or Grass or in any vacant sites.-Visitor parking is located in the parking area located west of the RV Park entrance.
- No more than six people may occupy a campsite.-Campers must hook up sewer as per management requirements. All sewer hoses MUST have the proper fitting attachments (air tight sewer adpators) when hooking up to our services. No gray water or sewage is allowed to be dumped on the ground.
- No laundry may be hung or displayed at your site.-RV sites are to be kept clean and tidy at all times.-It is the responsibility of the camper to clean up garbage and cigarette butts on their site or they will be charged a clean up fee on their credit card.
- RV WASHING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED ANYWHERE IN THE RV PARK.
- Campfires are permitted only in the fire pits. Fire pits are not to be moved. Fires are NOT ALLOWED if there is a fire ban in effect.
- Fireworks are not permitted in the RV Park.-Fire pits must not be used to dispose of cans, bottles or other household trash.
- Campfires are not to be left unattended and must be extinguished whenever leaving your campsite or on departure.
- BBQ’s are not to be put on our picnic tables unless they have a drip tray.-No mats are allowed on the grass areas.-Garbage is to be put in plastic bags and placed in the garbage containers located at the east end of the RV Park.-Any damage to RV Park property will be charged accordingly.
- No Smoking, Drinking or Eating in the Washrooms or Laundry Facility.
DOGGY DO’S AND DON’TS
- Pets must be kept on a leash at all times.Clean up after your pet (You scoop if it poops).Pets should not be left unattended, inside or outside your unit, at any time.
- Dogs must be supervised and under control at all times. Failure to abide by pet restrictions may result in expulsion from the RV Park.
- The RV Park rules and regulations apply to everyone. Campers who fail to abide by or abuse the RV Park rules and fail to co-operate with the RV Park management will receive notice to leave.
